The conference welcomes submissions of all topics related to optical coatings. Authors are required to complete the submission guidelines on the conference website and are encouraged to review the submission guidelines before submitting.

1. The conference of FOC-2023 accepts English manuscripts only.
2. The author needs to register, log in and submit their abstract in PDF format through the conference website, and the organizing committee will invite reviewers to evaluate the submissions.
3. Only an abstract is required for submission. If a full paper needs to be submitted, please use the link provided by SPIE for submission.
   
4. If you just want to do a poster session or an oral report, you can submit the abstract on the online submission system.
5. All participants are welcome, regardless of having a manuscript or not.

This meeting requires that each full text must:

1. Cover one or more research topics in FOC-2023 and SPIE call for paper.
2. Include sufficient technical data, methods and descriptions to explain the results and support the conclusions, as well as sufficient reference materials and figures.
3. Be written in clear English (including digital legends and references).
4. Be 6-15 pages long.
5. Be written in SPIE Proceedings manuscript format.
6. Make sure all authors name are correct and valid.
7. Cite correctly if it refers to previous work of the other authors or researchers.
8. Please verify that the title and the author information of the article match the information you input during the submission process.
